Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds or ticket exchanges. Please double check the dates and times of the production before you book.

Every effort will be made to complete each show. If a show is cancelled or abandoned because of the weather and is no more than half way through the performance you will are able to exchange your ticket with the nearest value to your original ticket for any other show during the tour (subject to availability.) This offer stands with no time limit.
